Below are some tips for getting assistance with getting started with Canvas:

Instructor Orientation in Canvas

All instructors can log into Canvas directly to access our help page which lists a number of features and tutorials for using Canvas.

NJIT Knowledge Base: Teaching and Learning

A number of visual/written tutorials have been put together based on Teaching and Learning specifically in Canvas. Many External Tools that may be used with Canvas are located within the External Tools page.

Have a question? Need one-on-one support? Reach out through the NJIT ServiceDesk and your request will be directed to the appropriate team. Any Canvas-related requests will be directed to the Office of Digital Learning. If you'd like a one-on-one session, please specify your needs in detail and a team member will reach back out to you. 

ITE Workshops

Workshops on Canvas will be conducted through the Institute for Teaching Excellence. Schedules and workshops will be posted with information on upcoming training.
